In the Aeolian cuisine, the protagonist of each dish is fish, simply roasted and seasoned with a drizzle of oil and a drop of lemon or stuffed with tomato, basil, garlic, capers and a little crumb. Absolutely to try the stuffed squid, the swordfish rolls and the lobster shrimp.
The typical sweets are the Nacatole, the spicchiteddi and the giggi, to be pleasantly accompanied with a glass of Malvasia.
